"Cash Loan: Instant Credit Calc" ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is an educational loan-guidance application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects (if any), how it is used, and the choices you have. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
In short: the App is a guidance and calculator tool, not a lender. It does not process loan applications, does not collect government ID numbers or bank credentials, and any answers you give in the in-app questionnaire or calculators are used only to display results to you on your own device.

1.1 Information you provide in-app
The App's guided questionnaire and calculators may ask you to select:
- Your loan purpose (e.g. personal, home, education, business)
- A general monthly income range
- Your employment type
- A general credit score range (or "don't know")
- Numeric inputs on calculator screens (loan amount, tenure, EMI budget)
These selections are used only to generate on-screen guidance and calculator results for you. We do not ask for your name, phone number, email address, bank account details, government ID numbers, or exact salary figures anywhere in the App.
1.2 Information you provide by contacting us
If you email us directly, we will receive your email address and the contents of your message, which we use only to respond to you.
2. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
The current version of the App does not use analytics SDKs, does not require account creation or sign-in, and does not request device permissions such as location, contacts, camera, or storage.
If a future version of the App adds crash reporting, analytics (e.g. Firebase Analytics), or advertising (e.g. Google AdMob), those services may automatically collect technical information such as:
- Device information: Device model, OS version, language/locale, screen size
- App usage data: Screens viewed, buttons tapped, session length, crash logs
- Advertising identifiers: Advertising ID (Android) / IDFA (iOS), used only if an ads SDK is integrated
We will update this Policy before any such service becomes active in the App, and will name the specific provider(s) used at that time.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- To display personalised guidance, loan-guide content, and calculator results within the App
- To keep the App working correctly and to fix bugs
- To respond to support emails you send us
- Where applicable in future versions: to measure app performance and, if advertising is enabled, to serve and measure ads
We do not use your information to make lending decisions, since the App does not offer, broker, or process loans.
4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers: if we integrate analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs in the future (e.g. Google), those providers process limited technical data under their own privacy policies.
- Legal reasons: if required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or valid governmental request.
- Business transfers: if the App or its assets are transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
5. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
Your questionnaire and calculator inputs are processed on your device for the purpose of showing you results. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any information we do handle, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES
- Uninstalling the App removes any locally stored inputs from your device.
- If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or a jurisdiction with similar laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (the App does not sell personal information).

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Educational content in the App may reference general financial concepts but does not link out to third-party lenders or application forms. If a future version includes outbound links, those third-party sites will be governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

"Cash Loan: Instant Credit Calc" provides general, educational information about loan types, eligibility concepts, and calculator estimates. It is not a lender, broker, or financial institution, does not process loan applications, and does not guarantee loan approval, interest rates, or terms. All interest rates and figures shown in the App are indicative estimates, always capped for fairness, and should not be treated as an offer. Always confirm exact terms directly with a licensed lender before making any financial decision.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add a new feature or third-party service. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected in an updated App release.
